I recently attended a class on 12 volt electrical systems. The person instructing encouraged people to not solve connections and instead to solder and crimp (in that order) connectors. I assume this is further evidence of that being the more reliable method. Looks great!
Thanks Dan, I’m not a professional electrician, but I was told the same by guys that know much more than myself. Apparently the argument is, it is easier to complete the connections with connectors where soldering can be botched easily by an amateur.
